About Us
We are a creative process community. We believe all humans are artists -- and that we thrive when we make art together. The creative arts are our passion, and we are committed to sharing that passion, freely. Ebb & Flow meetings are virtual or face to face.
How We Got Started
We first met during an art therapy course in 2016. We loved making art together and started meeting monthly to continue the experience. Some of us are now graduates of a Master's degree program in Psychotherapy with an Art Therapy & Spirituality focus. Ebb & Flow is affiliated with arthives.org, the international network of art hives.
