About Us
I started fermenting kombucha and making sauerkraut in 2017 after trying kombucha in China while on a trip. Since then I’ve expanded the fermented foods that I carry. I make kombucha, fermented jalapeño artichoke dip, kimchi, fermented sodas, and sourdough pizza dough. I sell at Landon’s Farmer’s market and Freedom Foods Market (106 s main).
